Marketplace · list of assets

What holders are listing today.

A public view of cross-asset positions holders have marked available in the marketplace — broken out by the same four-way asset classification Plinth uses across intake and portfolio surfaces. Holders can publish a direct USDC ask or a considered trade brief; any permitted sale or trade closes under defined redemption and settlement terms, with a separate eligibility review for the new owner.

What you see here
  • Asset name and asset class (real estate · farm · art or collectible · vehicle).
  • Appraised value in USDC.
  • Listing status — for sale or for trade, with the holder’s published terms.
  • A permitted sale or trade closes the existing Plinth position under defined redemption and settlement terms; any new owner completes a separate eligibility review before receiving new advance terms.

Bring your own position

See the equity a position carries before you list it.

The intake walks through the asset, the existing mortgage or operating line, and the appraisal path. Once a position is on file, publish the terms you want the marketplace to carry.
